AI • Emerging Technology • Research • A Little Fun
I've always been curious about what's next. At RAPP, that curiosity became a catalyst for experimentation. From launching RAPP LABB, an AI initiative that grew from the creative department into a cross-functional community, to exploring emerging technologies, researching the future of creativity, and creating playful experiences for colleagues and clients, I embraced every opportunity to learn by making.
Half Production. Half AI. 100% Human Creativity.
As AI began reshaping the creative industry, we saw an opportunity to do more than send a holiday greeting. Partnering with Lair and AI filmmaker Steven Weinzierl, we created RAPP's first AI-powered holiday film featuring Global Chief Creative Officer Troy Hitch to share our perspective on the evolving relationship between AI and human creativity.

A safe space to learn, experiment, collaborate, and share.
As AI and emerging technologies began reshaping our industry, I launched RAPP LABB as a monthly learning initiative where curiosity came before expertise. It was a place where people could safely experiment with new tools, exchange ideas across disciplines, and learn together as technology evolved.
Over nearly three years, what started within the Creative team expanded across RAPP US, bringing together creatives, strategists, technologists, producers, UX designers, analysts, and account teams around a shared belief:
The best way to understand the future is to build it together.
Figma Fridays
As part of RAPP LABB's philosophy of continuous learning, I also launched Figma Fridays to support the agency's transition to Figma. Through recurring workshops, shared workflows, and best practices, we helped teams build confidence, improve collaboration, and establish a consistent design process across offices.
An interactive holiday experience, powered by the people at RAPP.
Instead of creating another holiday card, we celebrated the unexpected talents hidden across our agency. A data analyst became the composer. A UX Director took the microphone. A copywriter traded headlines for holiday lyrics. Together, people from every discipline helped create an interactive experience that reminded us that creativity isn't limited by job titles—it thrives wherever people are given the chance to share it.
Personalization Meets Play
Rather than sending the same holiday greeting to everyone, we gave each recipient the chance to create their own. Through a series of playful choices, the experience dynamically generated a unique version of the song and video that reflected their preferences.
Researching AI adoption. A thesis.
“Integrating AI is not merely a technical upgrade; it requires supporting professionals as they navigate complex questions about their identity, contribution, and future role.”
My master's research explored how creative professionals navigate AI adoption in their daily workflows: from evolving roles and changing creative processes to the emotional and organizational challenges of human–AI collaboration.
Through interviews with global creative leaders and practitioners, the research examines how organizations can adopt AI while preserving creativity, human judgment, and professional identity.
