Investing Creative Capital in Healthcare Innovation.
A Health Equity Marketing Accelerator.
A pro bono accelerator helping mission-driven healthcare startups access the strategic, creative, and customer experience expertise they need to grow and reach the communities they serve. Powered by RAPP's greatest asset: its people.
Bringing Series R to life.
To give Series R credibility and attract the right organizations, we built an ecosystem, not just a campaign.
We assembled a panel of respected industry leaders to evaluate submissions, created a nationwide application process, and invited mission-driven healthcare organizations to compete for a pro bono partnership with RAPP.
To reach founders across the country, we launched an integrated communications program.
A growth partnership. Launching with FemTech.
Series R launched by supporting FemTech innovators working to close one of healthcare's most underserved gaps.

〰️ Meet IRTH
IRTH ("Birth" without the B for bias) is a community-powered platform that helps Black and brown families and birthing people to make informed decisions about maternity care through transparent reviews of doctors, hospitals, and pediatric providers.
By turning lived experiences into actionable insights, IRTH is working to improve accountability and advance maternal health equity.
From Accelerator to Action
Working alongside IRTH, we assembled a multidisciplinary team of strategists, creatives, designers, technologists, and UX experts to strengthen the brand, grow its community, and amplify its mission.
Evolving the Brand.
Rather than reinventing IRTH, we strengthened what already made it distinctive, refreshing the identity and modernizing key touchpoints across the website, app, and brand experience.
Building community. Launching the campaign.
Series R proved that the right creative partnership can be as valuable as funding.
